RAS is looking for a Client Services Manager who will be responsible for building and nurturing strong professional business relationships with our clients. This role will identify and resolve client concerns, service as a point of contact, coordinate with internal staff members, and ensure top notch client satisfaction. This position offers a home-based work opportunity . The successful candidate must reside in one of the following states: SD, IA, or MO. Frequent travel with some overnight stays will be required. Job Requirements: A minimum of five years of workers’ compensation claims handling experience is required Experience in working with Third Party Administrators (TPA) clients is preferred Multi-functional experience in claims management, claims administration and/or account management is desirable Proven decision making and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Bachelor’s degree preferred Valid drivers’ license required.
