TITLE SEARCHER-EXAMINER-LICENSED - Gaylord Looking for an experienced, licensed title searcher/examiner to conduct public record searches and examine title to produce title commitments. Duties and responsibilities : Search public records through county offices, third party systems, or internet for various legal documents as related to title and property. Examine and analyze deeds, mortgages, liens, judgements, plat books, aps, agreements, contracts, easements and surveys for title commitment preparation.
